Life Without Barriers
Fiona Davies joined Life Without Barriers in late 2016 where significant reconciliation advances had been achieved through various Reconciliation Action Plans. In just over two years, Fiona has established a more considered and business-aligned Diversity and Inclusion portfolio which includes improvements in policy, an Accessibility Inclusion and Employment Plan and an LGBTQI action plan. Fiona has considered the foundations of the Diversity and Inclusion portfolio against external benchmarking and established broad accountability measures in various LWB committees and reporting lines.
