Renew your membership online
Option 1: Pay annually
- Login to your AHRI member profile.
- Update your profile details and email address.
- Click the 'Renew Now' button.
- Make annual payment with a credit card.
Option 2: Set up automatic monthly direct debit
- Call us on: 1300 811 880 or email us at: email@example.com and we will call you back.
Within 48 hours of your payment being received, a receipt for your renewal payment will be automatically sent to the email address listed on your AHRI profile. If someone else is paying on your behalf, do note that the receipt will be emailed to your email address as no receipts are issued to a third party.
Can't remember your login details? Email firstname.lastname@example.org with as much information as you can to help us identify your previous membership record.
What happens if I don't renew my membership on time?
You have a 30-day grace period following your renewal date, during which time you can still access most of your member benefits.
For professional members, if you do not renew your HR membership before your renewal due date, your insurance cover under AHRI ProCover will cease the day after your renewal date.
AHRI ProCover only provides protection to financial professional members of AHRI, so please keep in mind that if you require a professional indemnity policy to continue to cover past HR activities, you must keep renewing your membership on time to ensure your cover remains in place.
Professional members who do not renew on time must immediately cease using their membership level post-nominals and member logo within 60 days after their renewal date.
Lapsed or overdue memberships
If your membership has lapsed, you can renew your HR membership online by logging in to your AHRI member profile. Alternatively you can email email@example.com to check your details and be issued a renewal invoice. Call (03) 9918 9230 to pay over the phone.
Taking a break or retiring?
Suspending your membership
Travelling, on extended leave or experiencing financial difficulty? You can suspend your membership on a year-by-year basis for up to two years. You will receive a renewal notice at the end of your first year suspension period, but you may contact us anytime in the interim to reactivate your membership.
Suspending your membership allows you to retain continuous membership status, and therefore be eligible to receive benefits under AHRI's member loyalty program.
We offer members on parental leave a special rate of $110 per year, for a maximum of two years. You will receive a renewal notice at the end of your first year.
If you wish to continue your parental leave rate for the second year, please contact us after the renewal notice is issued.
To recognise their contribution to the profession, AHRI offers retired members a special rate of $110 per year. As a retired member you will continue to receive your membership benefits including AHRI ProCover insurance and stay in touch with the profession, but are exempt from any CPD requirements.
