How well does the nominee understand organisational strategy and influence human capability, driving and enabling a competitive, agile and effective organisation?
Workforce & Workplace Designer
What contribution does the nominee make to the design of HR strategy and solutions to achieve strategic and operational objectives?
Culture & Change Leader
What influence does the nominee have over optimal organisational culture and insights into achieving individual and organisational objectives?
Trusted Partner
How does the nominee build and foster relationships and partnerships with stakeholders to optimise organisational capability?
Expert Practitioner
In what ways does the nominee build and develop HR knowledge and skills in themselves and others?
Organisational Enabler
How does the nominee demonstrate their harnessing of critical thinking and technological knowledge in order to optimise the delivery of HR practices and services?
Eligibility
Update eligibility criteria: Applicant must be a current AHRI member and have less than 5 years’ experience in a HR/People role.
Cost
An application fee is payable for each Individual Award category entered, charged at $110
