Shinara Armitage CPHR
Shinara has over a decade of experience in stakeholder management. She was awarded Future HR Leader of the Year for her leadership on women’s safety, gender pay gap discussions, and her exemplary implementation of a global career model across 14 departments. At Fluent Commerce, she shapes organisational culture, develops initiatives, and creates training programs.

Natalie Eakins MAHRI
Natalie Eakins MAHRI is a highly regarded HR Business Leader at Schneider Electric, known for her expertise in Diversity, Inclusion, HR Strategy, and Talent Management. She was awarded HR Professional of the Year in recognition of her leadership in building trusted partnerships and developing data-driven people solutions, earning her the “gold standard” reputation among peers and leaders.

Hazel Thurlow MAHRI
Hazel is recognized as HR Leader of the Year for her people-centric approach, driving cultural transformations, organizational redesigns, and improving leadership and organizational capabilities. Her expertise spans across various sectors, including banking, finance, property development, healthcare, education, retail, and industrial, demonstrating a proven track record in organizational growth, digitization, mergers and acquisitions, and business integration.
Diversity Equity and Inclusion Champion
Mark Champley MAHRI
Mark Champley is a respected community leader and 2022 Churchill Fellow with extensive experience in training and senior leadership across multiple sectors, advocating for diversity, equity, and inclusion. He received the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Champion award for his proactive advocacy of DEI, including championing equality for Indigenous Australians, reconciliation, and cultural engagement.

Guy Chalkley
Guy Chalkley has over 30 years of global financial and operational expertise. He is celebrated as the 2024 CEO Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Champion for his leadership in crafting an inclusive culture, addressing gender inequality by increasing the representation of women in leadership roles, and taking meaningful steps to build relationships with and opportunities for First Nations peoples.
