AHRI HR Student Scholarship

Applications closed Friday 14 June

Recognises undergraduate HR students who demonstrate potential through the submission of a piece of writing/verbal recording/recorded presentation on a topic relating to the application of HR study in their current/future HR role.

Prize

Registration into one AHRI short course, and the AHRI mentoring program as a mentee.

Up to four (4) AHRI HR Student Scholarships will be awarded, including:

  • 1 to be awarded to a recent refugee applicant
  • 1 to be awarded to an Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander applicant

The best application will also receive $3,000 AUD on behalf of world-renowned business consultant, author and speaker, Ram Charan.

Eligibility

  • Current AHRI student member
  • Currently enrolled in an HR Management undergraduate course, or AHRI’s Cert IV in HRM

Application

Either a written submission (1000 words max), or pre-recorded audio/video presentation (10 mins max) based on the following:

“Reflect on the most impactful learning you’ve acquired during your HR studies. Discuss how you have applied or plan to apply this knowledge in your professional roles, emphasising innovative and creative approaches to deliver value as an HR professional.”
