Individuals
Recognising outstanding HR and DEI professionals and the contribution they have made to their organisation and the profession.
Organisations
Recognising initiatives and strategies which have directly and successfully addressed a challenge or met a priority of the organisation.
Scholarships
AHRI’s flagship scholarship recognises an individual committed to growing the HR body of knowledge and contributing to a better understanding of HR’s contribution and value.

Dave Ulrich
Dave Ulrich is the Rensis Likert Professor at the Ross School of Business, University of Michigan and a partner at the RBL Group.
Martin Seligman
Dr. Martin E.P. Seligman is the Director of the Penn Positive Psychology Center and Zellerbach Family Professor of Psychology.
Graeme Innes
Graeme Innes AM is a lawyer, author, company director, board member, and Chancellor of CQUniversity.
Elizabeth Broderick
Elizabeth is Principal of EB&Co. a specialist consultancy focusing on high-level strategic consulting and transformation.
Michael Kirby
Michael Kirby successively served in the judicial office and was first appointed in 1975.
