South Australia State Council
AHRI members are represented by their State Council. These are comprised of elected professional level members. Nominations for council positions were invited from all AHRI members in February and elections held in March 2017. Congratulations to the new and re-elected councillors. Wood is the General Manager People, Performance and Culture at Adelaide Football Club. A leading Australian Rules football club and sports entertainment business. He brings a breadth of experience in role discipline, industry and location.
Wood has previously had roles in the retail, hospitality, leisure, FMCG, airline and resources industries. He has a decade of international experience in the USA, Canada, UK and Europe, and he returned to Australia in 2008. Wood holds a MBA from the Oxford Brookes University, UK.
