New South Wales State Council
AHRI members are represented by their State Council. These are comprised of elected professional-level members. Nominations for council positions were invited from all AHRI members in February and elections held in March 2018. Congratulations to the new and re-elected councillors. Robert Phipps FCPHR

Rob Phipps has broad experience leading HR functions across the UK, South Africa, Thailand and the South Pacific. He has spearheaded culture and people programs that saw KFC become a leader in this area, being widely recognised within Yum! and across Australia. He now heads up evolvefast, helping companies connect to their people by finding purpose and activating culture. Rob is an AHRI Director, and President of the AHRI NSW State Council. He is a Fellow Certified HR Practitioner (FCPHR) and won the AHRI Dave Ulrich HR Leader of the Year Award in 2015.
Rob is passionate about finding a cure for cancer, riding around the country to personally raise over $120K for Tour de Cure foundation over the past eight years and lives in Sydney, Australia, with his wife and two children.
