SONJA BRAIDNER FCPHR
Sonja Braidner is the Diversity and Inclusion lead at Fire and Rescue NSW (FRNSW). She brings a wealth of experience in Organisational Development and Diversity & Inclusion, having consulted across numerous corporate and business sectors for the past 20 years.
Prior to FRNSW Braidner worked at the University of Sydney, UNSW and Singtel /Optus in diversity leadership capacities. A creative and pragmatic Inclusionist, Her expertise lies in the tailored design and delivery of strategy and implementation plans to drive positive cultural change − enabling businesses and their people to share in the many successes afforded by inclusive and synergistic workplaces.
Braidner was a founder and 1998 NSW Senate candidate for an inclusive political party founded in response to societal issues pertaining to diversity.
