Organisational structure


Elaina joined AHRI in 2018 as she was passionate about bringing her experience in executing marketing and communication campaigns in the education and not-for-profit sectors to AHRI.

As Manager of Marketing Communications, Elaina leads a team of four to implement the marketing, communications and brand strategies aligned with AHRI’s corporate strategy, strategic imperatives and growth objectives.

Working closely with GM, Commercial,  Member Services and Marketing, Elaina and her team are responsible for the successful and consistent positioning of the AHRI brand, the development of marketing and communications plans for all of AHRI’s products and services, as well as  overseeing  the effective and timely execution of all strategies and campaigns, utilising AHRI’s range of owned and bought media.
