Diversity and Inclusion Advisory Panel

The Diversity and Inclusion Advisory Panel (DIAP) provides AHRI with strategic and expert advice with respect to diversity and inclusion practice within organisations, including the tools and resources required, and the professional development of diversity professionals.

The DIAP is responsible for contributing specialist knowledge to assist AHRI's National Accreditation Committee (NAC) in its role of updating the AHRI Model of Excellence (MoE) and the AHRI Practising Certificate curriculum in ensuring it is contemporary and in line with HR best practice.

RHONDA BRIGHTON-HALL FCPHR

DIVERSITY & INCLUSION ADVISORY PANEL CHAIR, AHRI | FOUNDER & CEO, MWAH 

Rhonda Brighton-Hall is recognised as one of Australia’s foremost experts in human resources, specialising in leadership, diversity and future of work, but she is more famous for keeping the ‘human’ piece front and centre. Her fundamental belief is that inclusion and good leadership are not only foundational for good people practices in organisations, but equally of more equitable and prosperous economies and communities.  

Her career has spanned four large multinationals − BHP, Sara Lee, Luxottica and CBA, living and working in Europe, Asia and the USA. She now works with entrepreneurs, businesses and leaders focused on improving the way we work, having founded “mwah – Making Work Absolutely Human” in late 2016.
