HRM Senior Lecturer/ Director of Teaching, Deakin University
Dr Justine Ferrer has been a human resource management (HRM) educator for the past 10 years and has taught extensively at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
Currently employed at Deakin University, Ferrer is the current course director for the Masters of HRM, and previously has held the role of Chair of the Faculty’s Student Misconduct Committee and Director of Undergraduate HRM programs.
Ferrer is the associate editor on the editorial board of the Employee Responsibility and Rights Journal. Her research has covered employee engagement, aging workforce in agriculture, and Indigenous inclusion in organisations.
