Jessica is a people-centric and engaging HR leader with a passion for guiding organisations through periods of change and growth. Named Australia’s HR Rising Star in 2016, Jessica developed her leadership experience in the Victorian public sector before recently moving into not-for-profit.
Jessica is the Executive Manager of People and Culture at Amaze, a national not-for-profit. Having recently seen the organisation through a significant growth and expansion phase, and the launch of a national service, Jessica has now turned her attention to engagement, inclusion and culture.
Jessica is a Certified HR Practitioner and was recently named an HR Fellow in recognition of her contribution to the profession – one of the youngest in Australia. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Public Relations and Change Management, and is currently finalising a Master of Human Resource Management.
Jessica is passionate about increasing the capability of HR professionals and was elected by her peers in 2019 to the position of Vice President of the AHRI Victorian Council; she believes the HR community is stronger and more capable when working together to share knowledge and ideas.
Jessica joined AHRI’s National Accreditation Committee in 2021.
