Jason Reed is a results driven HR generalist with over 10 years domestic and international delivery experiences. For the past 3 years, he has been specialising in the civil construction industry providing solutions to over 400 construction, engineering, management, trades and administration staff (across Australia), with a focus on outcomes aligning with corporate objectives.
Prior to the onset of the pandemic, Jason co-managed an international HR consultancy based out of Hong Kong, presenting to Southern China Universities on topics such as Australian employment trends, legislation, HR framework and business expectations.
Jason joined AHRI’s National Accreditation Committee in 2021.
