Centre of Excellence
AHRI's Centre of Excellence focuses on the development of the HR profession. It is responsible for conducting research, administering AHRI's National Mentoring and Awards programs, overseeing the content for AHRI's publications, facilitating specialist area events and forums, engaging in government advocacy and building relations with media outlets to equip HR professionals and people managers with the knowledge required to deliver impact to the business.

AHRI Accreditation
As the professional association for human resources, it is vital for AHRI to be involved in the education of people who are engaged with the profession. Accreditation is the process whereby AHRI reviews, and where appropriate, recognises VET, undergraduate and postgraduate courses at Australian tertiary institutions.
HR Networks
AHRI Networks are formed by members for members. Networks enable members to develop their human resources interest area within their state through professional development networks.

AHRI mentoring program
The AHRI mentoring program gives experienced practitioners the opportunity to share their HR knowledge and experience with AHRI members who are new to the industry.
