In the current climate of fast moving economic, political and social change, individuals responsible for people management need to make every effort to stay in touch with developments in the field of human resources (HR).

Affiliate membership of AHRI is a grade of membership open to all. Affiliate membership enables individuals with people management and HR responsibilities to access AHRI member services without having to demonstrate professional knowledge or competence or commit to
ongoing continuous professional development.

Keep up to date with HR and people management issues and gain access to HR professional networks

Non-HR managers may also qualify for the first level of professional membership, Member (MAHRI) if they have completed tertiary studies in HR or a related discipline.
